Billing procedures and terms. Your financial terms are discussed before treatment begins and agreed upon by patient and practice. All payments or financial arrangements are due at time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept payments by credit card, American Express, Visa, Discover, Master Card, Check or Debit cards and Care Credit. |

Insurance Plans; Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company. We will be happy to file any paper work required from your insurance carrier.
